Country Recipe Guide was built on a simple principle: a cooking app has no business collecting your personal information. This policy explains, in plain language, how the app handles data — and the short version is that it doesn't. Every recipe you browse, every meal you plan, every serving size you adjust, and every shopping list you build stays entirely on your own device.
Information We Collect
We collect nothing. Country Recipe Guide does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or any other personal identifier. There are no sign-up forms, no login screens, and no hidden data requests running in the background.
How We Use Information
Because no information is collected, none is analyzed, profiled, aggregated, or sold. We don't build advertising profiles, we don't track your cooking habits, and we don't share anything with anyone — there's simply nothing to share.
Data Storage
Your saved recipes, weekly meal plans, pantry deductions, and shopping lists are stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud server, and no remote database ever sees your activity, even when you're offline and browsing world cuisines at midnight.
Third-Party Services
Country Recipe Guide does not integrate third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. The app was designed to work entirely offline, which means there is no ongoing connection through which third parties could gather information in the first place.
Data Security
Because your recipe library, meal plans, and shopping lists never leave your device, the greatest security safeguard is architectural: there is no transmitted data to intercept and no remote account to breach. Your information is as safe as your device itself.
Children's Privacy
Country Recipe Guide does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no personal data is gathered from any user at any age, the app is inherently compliant with children's privacy protections such as COPPA.
Your Control
There are no accounts to manage and no servers holding your history, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. If you ever want a clean slate, simply uninstall the app from your device and every locally stored recipe, plan, and list is removed along with it.
Changes to This Policy
Should our practices ever change, this Privacy Policy will be updated within the app and the effective date above will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this page occasionally, though our commitment to on-device-only operation is not expected to change.
